Availability

Vehicle availability, pricing, add-ons, pickup options, delivery options, chauffeur availability, and booking terms may change based on date, time, demand, vehicle status, and platform rules. Final availability and pricing must be confirmed before a booking is finalized.

Third-Party Booking Platforms

Priority Transportation may link to third-party booking systems, including WheelbasePro and Turo. When using a third-party platform, you may be subject to that platform's own terms, policies, fees, insurance requirements, cancellation rules, and booking conditions.

Customer Information

By submitting your information, you agree that Priority Transportation may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your rental request, chauffeur request, promotional offer, account, quote, booking, or service inquiry.

Account Use

Rental Requests

Submitting a rental request does not guarantee vehicle availability or booking approval. A rental is only confirmed after Priority Transportation or the appropriate booking platform verifies the request and confirms next steps.

Chauffeur Requests

Submitting a chauffeur request does not guarantee availability. Chauffeur service depends on vehicle availability, driver availability, route, timing, passenger count, and final approval.

Payments

Payment details, deposits, balances, taxes, fees, refunds, and cancellation terms may vary based on the booking method, selected service, third-party platform, and final agreement. Any displayed estimates are not final until confirmed.

Returns and Vehicle Condition

Customers may be responsible for returning vehicles on time and in the condition required by the final rental agreement or booking platform. Additional fees may apply for late returns, damages, cleaning, fuel, mileage, or other issues depending on the final terms.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, and promo codes may be limited, expire, or require approval. Promo offers cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Priority Transportation.

No Guarantee of Specific Vehicle

Priority Transportation may display featured vehicle imagery or vehicle categories for presentation purposes. Final vehicle availability, exact features, pricing, and booking details are confirmed through the live inventory system or third-party booking platform.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
